One Manchester has appointed Plumlife as the sales, lettings and marketing agent for two new residential developments in Openshaw. The 40-home scheme, built by MCI Developments, is set to open in early 2017. The new homes will be available on Columbine Street and on Lees Street with a split between market rent and sales aimed at both families and first time buyers.
